Preparation time 1 hour 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Ingredients:
1 Boiler / Fryer Chicken (2 to 3 pounds)
Cut in to serving pieces, or you can use Chicken Breasts.
¼ cup Butter or Margarine
½ cup Meadow Brook Farms Honey
2 tablespoons of prepared Mustard
½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Salt
Fresh Ground Pepper to taste
In a shallow baking pan, melt butter, and stir in the Honey, Mustard, and
Seasoning. Add Chicken pieces and coat on all sides. Bake the chicken
with the skin down, at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Then turn pieces over
and baste with juices. Continue baking for a additional 15 to 20 minutes until
Chicken is completely done, and the juices flow clear from the meat.
